DS Smith Kaysersberg's cardboard department is constantly striving to improve.
Its efforts are firmly based on the principle of participation, whereby all company employees are involved in pursuing jointly defined improvement objectives.
These objectives target improvement in different areas, such as:
- increased efficiency of our maintenance systems;
- improvement of our QSE system (Quality, Safety, Environment) ;
- strategy to broaden the product range.
The creation of the "Market Innovation" centre enables us to offer constant support and impetus to this desire to develop new products and applications.
